ADA Transactions

The ADA Transactions is a serial publication of the annual proceedings of the ADA House of Delegates (HOD) and Board of Trustees (BOT). It is split into three subtitles and published as early as possible each year after the ADA Annual Meeting, usually in separate volumes. The subtitles, in order of publication, are:

1. Annual Reports and Resolutions
• Annual Reports of the ADA’s Councils, Committees, and Commissions
• ADA Reports of Officers/Bureaus/Departments prior to 1992
2. Supplements
• Resolutions, reports and submissions to the ADA House of Delegates
• Supplement to Reports of Officers and Councils
• Supplement to Annual Reports and Resolutions
• Auditors’ reports of the ADA and its subsidiaries
3. Transactions
• Proceedings/summary minutes of the BOT and HOD meetings
• ADA HOD annual meeting attendance record
• List of ADA Officers and Trustees
• List of ADA Councils, Committees, Commissions
• Historical Record of Meetings, ADA Presidents, and Executive Directors
• Index to Resolutions
• Topical index to all subtitles

NOTE: Transactions refers specifically to the subtitle comprising the BOT and HOD proceedings. All three subtitles together are collectively known as the Transactions of the ADA or, alternatively, the ADA Transactions.

Pages from the Annual Reports and Resolutions and Transactions are numbered consecutively. Supplement pages are numbered separately, determined by HOD reference committee assignation.

Index to Official Actions

This collection also includes The Index of Official Actions, a cumulative topical index to all resolutions passed by the ADA House of Delegates since 1954, which is updated annually.
