State and Local Dental Publications
While the ADA Commons is the repository for state and local dental society collections, the American Dental Association (ADA) is not the copyright holder for these materials. Each society/association retains copyright of content published within their ADA Commons website. Approval for reproduction or republication of any content found under State and Local Dental Publications can only be given by the editorial staff of the respective publication. ADA assumes no responsibility for content published by separate organizations or entities, including the ADA member societies/associations participating in the ADA Commons; those entities are solely responsible for their own content.
ADA Scholarship
Copyright for items appearing in the ADA Scholarship collection is held and determined by the original authors/creators or by the publishers to whom those rights have been transferred. The ADA is not the copyright holder for materials in this collection. Materials may be used for research and educational purposes according to the Fair Use Act.
