This logo marks the adoption of the color of green by the ADA for promotional purposes (not seen here). The color was chosen because it engendered feelings of healthiness, freshness, and trust. The linear design was chosen because of its modern appeal and boldness of design which is said to project authority, strength and leadership. Used 1982-2008.
