Action for Dental Health is the ADA’s nationwide, community-based movement to end the oral health crisis in America by bridging the dental divide through focusing on three main objectives:
- Providing care now for people suffering from untreated disease
- Strengthening and expanding the public and private safety net
- Preventing dental disease through advocacy and education
These objectives are supported by seven potential solutions, including the Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile programs.
In the ADA Commons collection below, users will find official ADA Action for Dental Health materials, project updates and reports, and other related items.
Although the Action for Dental Health initiative is ongoing, the materials featured here are historical and should not be assumed to provide current information. To find up to date resources or to contact Action for Dental Health please visit the ADA.org Action for Dental Health webpage.
