This Ten Minute Evidence Based Dentistry Article provides an example of the implementation of the evidence based dentistry search process with trusted search engines, and identification of the best literature through critical appraisal to answer the clinical question on long-term success of posterior resin vs. posterior glass ionomer restorations.
