This column addresses the challenge of resolving conflicts between employees with clashing personalities and behaviors. It emphasizes the importance of raising awareness, clarifying behavior expectations, and outlining consequences for inappropriate conduct. If conflicts persist despite efforts to address them, termination may become necessary to preserve a healthy workplace environment.
