Abstract
The 75th anniversary of the transformative public health initiative, community water fluoridation, is commemorated in this issue. Originating in Grand Rapids in 1945, its profound impact is explored, emphasizing ongoing celebrations and the imperative of continued advocacy for future generations. The response to the Fling water crisis illustrates colleagues' efforts to restore trust in community water.
