Abstract
Dr. Sarah Glass, a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist and assistant professor at VCU School of Dentistry, explores various oral pathology cases. These include diagnosing a pleomorphic adenoma in a 35-year-old female, identifying medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) in a 70-year-old male on bisphosphonates, and recognizing plasma cell gingivitis in a 50-year-old male with oral pain linked to a new cinnamon toothpaste. Dr. Glass's responsibilities encompass teaching, biopsy services, and treating oral medicine patients.
