The Virginia Dental Association (VDA) successfully advocated for a 30% increase in dental Medicaid reimbursement rates, securing $116 million in new funding. The VDA is actively seeking contributions to its Political Action Committee (PAC) and encouraging participation in advocacy events like Dental Days at the Capitol. The 2022 contributions report shows varying levels of success across different regions, with a total of $298,492 raised, falling short of the $375,000 goal.
