Abstract
This article examines the vital role Community Health Centers (CHCs) play in Colorado's oral health landscape, highlighting their delivery of comprehensive, integrated dental services to underserved and low-income populations. The author details how shifting state and federal policy and mounting financial challenges, threaten CHC’s sustainability, which could diminish access to essential dental care for hundreds of thousands and create ripple effects throughout the broader dental system.
