Aims & Scope
The Metro Denver Dental Society (MDDS) has been serving as the voice for the Denver dental community for over 120 years. MDDS’s quarterly Articulator magazine contains the latest in local dental news, practice management information, volunteer and outreach activities, dental education, membership announcements and much more! 70% of all licensed dentists in the metro area receive the Articulator as a member benefit. Estimated readership is 2,000 (5,500 for the 4th Quarter/RMDC issue). The magazine publishes original content geared to provide dental professionals with current information across a wide range of topics including:
- Evolving treatments in all areas of dentistry, including endodontics, oral and maxillofacial pathology and radiology, oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthetics, pain management, and more.
- Tools, guidelines, and best practices for patient treatment.
- The relevance of public health research to clinical practitioners.
- Efficacy of medications in the treatment of dental disease.
- New product trends relevant to oral health.
- Legal and practice management issues relevant to dental settings.

The Articulator makes all articles immediately, permanently, and freely available upon publication. In addition, article processing charges (APCs) are underwritten by the association. Authors pay no APCs or submission fees to publish their articles in the Articulator magazine.
