Illustrating recent initiatives, it covers the projected impact of Medicaid funding cuts, alongside HPI’s economic analysis used by dental organizations to advocate for preserving core benefits. The article also details HPI’s research supporting community water fluoridation, quantifying the cost increases if fluoride is removed, and evaluates the effects of federal tax policy changes on dental practices, emphasizing advocacy efforts to protect financial viability for practices serving underserved communities.
