Abstract
The MDDS Board of Directors, professional team, and a member-at-large convened at the Mountain West Dental Institute for strategic planning to shape the future of organized dentistry in the metro area. With the help of professional facilitator, the group reaffirmed MDDS's mission, vision, core values, and DEI statement, and set clear, achievable goals for the next three years. The process included a SWOT analysis and brainstorming tactics to serve their members best and advance the dental profession, ensuring that all decisions align with their strategic goals.
