Abstract
In this report, the AADEJ executive director’s participation in the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Deans’ Conference, highlighting a growing partnership between the AADEJ and dental education leadership. Key sessions explored resilient leadership during periods of uncertainty and the profound impact of generative artificial intelligence (AI) on higher education writing and communication. The conference also addressed the shifting political landscape and federal policy and funding changes currently facing oral health education.
