From a 2018 issue of ADA News, the article "Beyond Veterans Day: Illinois dentist provides care to disadvantaged vets all year":

In 2017, one of Dr. Paul Palliser's patients, an an active military serviceman, encouraged him to reach out to TLS Veterans, a local nonprofit serving the homeless and disadvantaged veterans in the McHenry County area of Illinois.

A year later, Dr. Palliser has "adopted" six veterans from TLS Veterans whom he provides free dental services. So far, his dental office has donated more than $16,000 in dental services, with an additional $8,000 to be scheduled to be completed before the end of this year.
